Haydels is good and makes shipping very easy. Even comes with some Mardi Gras trinkets

Gambinos isn't bad either, although i sometimes find they dry out sooner than others.

Haydels is traditional with the fine grained sprinkles and icing where randazzos has white icing & big sprinkles, I like randazzos better but can’t beat haydels

Randazzo is good too. They use more of an icing w sprinkles and the cake is thinner
Haydels will use icing but it’s topped wit the cinnnamon/sugar crust. It’s a thicker fluffier cake compared to manny

I get randazzo king cakes shipped up here for my office every year. Always a big hit for the Texans I work with.
