Doesn't matter who the coach is at LSU, Shaqs kid isn't coming...Shaq is the most famous and iconic basketball player to ever go to LSU. The fact he followed it up by being a 4 time NBA champ and arguably most dominant center to ever play the game makes him a legend that rivals any player of any sport at LSU. Football has so many to choose from to be on the GOAT list. Basketball has maybe 2-3 guys who are realistically in that same conversation....Shareef will never compare and it would honestly hurt his career to come here. I wish him well wherever he ends up.

P.s. the honest fact is that how things are shaping up with Wade the team won't need him at all. Wade got a top 40 recruit to come here and got a lot of other transfers and whatnot to add to the two four star kids you were able to keep. That's a class he somehow finagled together after a couple months, and so far he's only got two five star consensus top 20 overall players committed for 2018. God how good not this year's but next years team will be with the first full class in the program....Oneal honestly might not play with the guys Wade ends up bringing in.

I think maybe .01% of any sports fan in America thinks " LSU" when they think Shaq. The pressure of being "Shaqs kid" will be there no matter where he goes. It would be no different at LSU , Arizona, UCLA, Duke - wherever . Where he goes is irrelevant- pressure- wise.

I disagree. With Dale here Shaq would have pushed his kid big time to play for Coach Brown.
