You're double-dipping on your decimals there. It would be either .08 or 8% and .45 or 45%, not .08% and .45%.
.08% would mean that State would have beaten us 8 times in the last 10,000 games and .45% would mean that we've only beaten Alabama 45 times in the last 10,000 games.
