Only time it was used was on kickoffs, when Tiger Band was exiting for their halftime performance, and during commercial breaks but only after the band had performed.

Certainly a more pleasant experience for sure.

Yeah I enjoyed the atmosphere last night. But you still got to play that "LAH LAH LAH LAH Loosiana...LAH LAH LAH LAH Louisiana...we from that boot" I guess.

So less piped in music, and yet Tiger Stadium was a ghost town after halftime.

What excuse will y'all come up with next for the Tiger Stadium "experience" ain't what it used to be?

I hate that ghetto sounding "imba frum weezie anna" Just adds to the perception of the people in Louisiana.worse than making fun of Bebe.

I noticed at auburn and ole miss that they have speakers in front of different parts of the stadium on the field level. These speakers are connected to the microphones in front of the band so they can be heard around the stadium.

I'm wondering what this would sound like in Tiger Stadium

I heard they are going to start charging everyone $50 a game ($90 for Auburn) for the band to play.

Exactly... you have a band. Why do you want to play the radio?

To me, it kind of puts a damper on the whole college atmosphere. Ive never been a fan.

You old fool. Hip Hop is played across America and the players and students love it.

I feel like LSU could learn from the Alabama,Ole Miss & Clemson on their music selection. Something about hearing music from nearly three decades ago is pretty head scratching.

That's not really a great argument when you are talking about attracting people towards coming to LSU.
