Does your opinion of Charlottesville change if Heather Heyer died of a heart attack?

The dark side of the internet is buzzing about this because according to her mom, she died of a heart attack, and therefore presumably not directly from injuries caused by impact from the Nazi Dodge. LINK
Legally I don't think it makes any difference. If Fields had the intent to kill somebody with his car and his act led to her death, then he's guilty of murder whether he ran her over or not. But do you think if she died of a heart attack it moves the needle on the narrative or nah? I say probably not.

A Nazi drove into her.
Asking if I care if it was a heart attack is like asking if the color of the car was what killed her.
I cant believe the circus tricks people do to defend the POS who drove a vehicle into a crowd of humans.

Was it a heart attack triggered by medication while in the hospital? Doesn't really matter imo, the guy ran over her with intent to kill. Not something that's defendable.

running into her likely got her weak heart overexcited and made it quit
so, he still caused her to expire
I don't think it changes anything

Did she die of the heart attack before that sperg drove into the crowd or after?
She was fat enough that a heart attack isn't out of the question any day she got out of bed and it would be a perfect body to dump for a false flag.
If she had a heart attack as a result of injuries sustained from being hit by a car, then nothing changes. Her death was a direct result of that dude's actions.
Are there any video or pics of Heather alive and marching prior to the accident?
How bout an autopsy showing cause and time of death?
And her mom better start eating some kale, she looks like a walking heart attack.

Nah it was at the scene. I guess an important question is whether Fields actually hit her or not which I'm not sure is known and I still don't think changes anything legally.

Of course it does. If he killed her, he needs to be charged with murder. If he didn't kill her, then he needs to be charged accordingly.
Some of Yall need to think thru what Yall are advocating here. If her death isn't directly caused by him, he didn't murder her.

No.
But my opinion of Charlottesville is not the commonly held belief.

I'm not a doctor but that would be one hell of a coincidence.

My god none of you people have children do you? So a healthy young woman just happens to have a massive coronary and die right after getting hit by a car?

I'm not carrying water for anybody, I just think it's an interesting question and situation. I hope it's obvious I'm not trying to take anything away from the tragedy of the death or from the contempt for the driver if it is proven he had intent to kill.

Of course you are or you wouldnt have started this thread.
You do understand a coronary event can be triggered by extreme trauma to the body right? But for getting run over I'm sure that young lady would have been at work on Monday and not dead from a heart attack.
