This scares me way more than them winning

Now they have extra days to prepare to embarrass us out of anger

We could see a 500 yd offensive output that includes Brees throwing for less than 300. I think that our trio will be able to run all over them.

I'd be more concerned about Brady coming out beast mode. Like Brees, he's followed up a bad game with an outstanding one.

The difference is that Amendola is now hurt. He is not in sync with Cooks. He only has Gronk which is good but makes them easier to defend. Losing Edelman was huge.

They have issues at receiver and the defense looked horrible. There was a lot of blown coverage and huge running lanes, very unpatriot

Losing Hightower is a killer. Ingram and AP about to kill it.

If we play mistake free we win that game and that is not something I would have said before tonight.

Even or + in the turnover category and I love our chances.

They will be hitting the streets this week looking for players.

I thought all of the patriot moves at the reduction to 53 looked desperate. Kony didn't work out and Ninkovich retired.

I'm so sick of everyone having this Mike Tyson like complex with the Patriots or more specifically Tom Brady. The whole " now they're angry" or " but it's still the Patriots" thing reminds me so much of how people regarded Tyson. Don't get me wrong, dude was a beast and deserved his respect but we all eventually found out that he was human while still in his prime. Unfortunately the only way we were convinced that he was human was through repeated defeat. I know it's only one loss for the Patriots but I'm sure curious to read the headlines if they go 0-2 with Brady. Granted they have injury issues but all I've heard was "as long as Brady's the QB..."

This.
Don't expect another 5,000 yards from Drew this year. This team is switching gears a bit to be far more of a run team than we're used to.

Brady couldn't get a pass off at the end of the game, can't throw the ball on your back. Their defense let a rookie running back, granted a really good rookie running back, embarrass them, how exactly are they going to stop the three headed beast of Ingram, Peterson, and Kamara? Alex fricking Smith picked them apart like they were our secondary, Drew Brees is going to make that secondary look like Swiss cheese.

It's one game, but holy hell they looked terrible, and I'm excited.

We need to take care of Minnesota first though.
