Go to a specialty shoe store and let them watch your stride and do width measurements. I loved my mizunos until I got a pair of Brooks on my feet. That's all I'll use now.

Altra Superior 2.0s. I need three perrr. Old ones for the treadmill and I keep rock guards in one newer pair and none in other, depending on terrain.

Wife loves her Hokas.

I have very flat feet and have adapted to forefoot strike w Altra zero drop. Fixed my IT band issues and I've knock on wood recovered from a bad meniscus injury (not caused by running).

Do you run in both a stability and a neutral shoe?

I've never wore mizunos but I've always considered them one of the classics. Up there with cumulus, zoom, adrenaline, Pegasus, and 520s,

Not nearly as downvoatable as OnCloud, Salomon, Hoka, or nobull shoes.

how many road miles do you put on your running shoes?

Only about 300 usually, I am sure you can get more out of them and I use them for trail runs after...plus I just like to buy shoes
