I don't see the comparison aside from the fact that they are used much the same. Harvin is a better kick returner.

They couldn't be more different. Chark is 6'3 198 with good hands and great speed. Harvin is 5'11 183 with good speed.

Chark has shown he will be productive in this offense. But compare him to one of the most dynamic athletes to come through the SEC is a bit of a stretch. Hopefully Chark will be that game changing this year

Chark is 6'4" and Harvin was like 5'11". Not even close. The only thing that is similar is their speed.
