You realize the cops were in pursuit of the driver of the vehicle who died at the scene after hitting a truck driver who was an off duty cop?

My assumption is they wanted the blood draw quickly to clear the fellow LEO and go HAAM on the deceased so his family couldn't sue.

That's great. It doesn't mitigate their ignorance and incompetence.

i don't know anything. I'm just imagining probable cause is tricky with auto accidents

I ran a red light accidentally the other day...if I hit someone is that cause? What about a rolling stop at a stop sign?

I prefer caution when it comes to the 4th but my point was not knowing anything about the accident it's not cut and dry. Regardless, arresting the nurse was an abuse of authority.
