I'm all for playing at the Indy bowl, but there's a good chance the weather will be horrible next Saturday. Doesn't make sense

I would bet my house that Shreveport and Memphis are not options. Why are people just throwing out shitty random cities?

San Diego is way better option than Memphis but just as unlikely.

I think the SuperDome makes the most sense. After that, maybe the old Cotton Bowl in Dallas.

With the projections being that the system is going to go further east New Orleans might not be the best move.

Super dome is a slam dunk. Available and SMG.

I can't figure out why people want to move the game into the path of the storm.

Another poster said earlier Nashville and Phoenix were originally in the contract. take that for what it's worth.
It really makes zero sense to move the game far away. It needs to be close enough for LSU fans to get to. If not it's going to be played in front of 5,000 people. Not many are going to go to a random college football game they have no connection to. It has to be the Superdome or either campus. People are really overthinking this and trying to be creative.

They could play each quarter in a different stadium

it is a smallsh airport, but i suspect any flights could be routed to san antonio via dfw or love field without too much trouble. the alamo dome certainly isn't a terrible option
