Removing the cigarette smoke smell from used truck?

Had this truck for about a year now and the smell is fainter (or I'm just used to it). However, its clearly still there. Anybody got any tips on what to do to help mute the smell?

Smell is not there. Just in your head

Put bars of soap under each seat

Roll the windows all they up and smoke a joint in your car, you won't notice the cigarette smell anymore.

You can get it gone temporarily but it always comes back

Did you change the air filter?

Spray some ozium?
I did that a few times and seems to work pretty well. I've also tried dryer sheets under the seats. I've heard that its nearly impossible to get rid of because its been recycled through the vents and what not. I did change the cabin filter, which helped some.

You have to say what you've done to get rid of it before anyone can really help.
Have you done an ozone treatment? Steamed the inside and headliner? Changed the cabin filter?

Sprinkle baking soda everywhere and let sit for a day. About 3 or 4 times
Put a box of baking soda under each seat
Preferably the box with side filters so the air can move through it.

Sorry, I did add what I've tried in my last post. I have not done the ozone treatment or steamed the headliner. How much would either of those cost?

As a smoker who doesn't smoke in my own vehicle, I don't think there's really any way to get it out.
That's why I won't buy a used vehicle that has been smoked in.

Nothing you can do other than pulling the carpet and seats. That smoke smell will come back after the masking and perfumes.

Change cabin air filter

Throw the ashtray away, bounty sheets in the vents, baking soda, and it will still come back when it gets real humid. Other than replacing all the cloth, foam, headliner, and carpet there is nothing that will get it completely out.

Maybe $120? Can't really remember. I've successfully gotten rid of the smell from my commuter car bought from a smoker. It has a leather interior though so it's a little easier. Change the cabin filter first though.
