It's not that hard to flip through and catch a few minutes of a show. Or check it interested in hearing about actual sports, but after a few minutes of realizing they don't talk about sports anymore (ala when Mtv stop actually playing music), then moving on.
It's always on at the gym, that's where I see it. And it's obvious how horrible it is.

It's pretty easy to figure it out. Just look at the advertisements on any given program and you'll be able to determine the target audience.

I did the same before a LSU CES game. I ended up muting the TV. My wife wanted to know why I muted the TV. I told her that I couldn't watch/listen to that garbage.

Unless there is a live football game going on that I want to see, I never go to this channel.
