Go to Breckenridge. Get away from the heat, enjoy the scenery, and hike Quandary Peak. If you don't get called in, bounce around to some of the breweries around the Boulder/Denver area and check out a show at Red Rocks. You're always a quick flight away from being back home and the vacation rentals are off season rates right now.

I could visit several places in two months.

Yellowstone, Yosemite, Badlands, Glacier, Acadia.

Grand Circle Route: Arches, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon, Zion and Grand Canyon N.P. Monument Valley. Hopefully doing a couple of these next summer.

Fly to Montana, rent an RV and hit up Yellowstone park, Grand Teton, Glacier National park and Jackson Hole.

I would tour our national parks. Glacier, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Sequoia, Puget Sound, etc.
