quote:

"The Nazis, the KKK, and white supremacists are repulsive and evil, and all of us have a moral obligation to speak out against the lies, bigotry, ant-semitism, and hatred that they propagate," Cruz said in a statement.

Having watched the horrifying video of the car deliberately crashing into a crowd of protesters, I urge the Department of Justice to immediately investigate and prosecute this grotesque act of domestic terrorism," he continued.

Points for Ted

The regular police can't handle a murder investigation?

Seems like overkill IMO. Some trash engaged in violence. I doubt there is much beneath the surface.

But kudos to Ted for actually addressing the issues by name

No idea why Trump won't

Ted is one of the few GOP Senators that sees the bigger picture.

I think Trump is more stubborn than he is allied with white supremacists. It's a tiny portion of his base. Even those who aren't race warriors but might be miffed is a small group.

I think Trump is stubborn and doesn't want to do shite everyone thinks he needs to do, whether right or wrong.

DNC says it takes massive, expensive, and intrusive national bureaucracy to run a village. Where have you been?

Honestly, the best course of action is to simply ignore these people. All this will do is bring them the attention they crave. Trump should completely ignore it and when asked about should say that speaking about either one of those groups is beneath the office of the presidency and he won't legitimatize them. Then he should bash the news networks who give these people a platform to spew their hatred and put some of the blame for the violence on them.

Isn't Ted Cruz a small government conservative?

Why does he want to be a big fish in a small pond?

Why can't the local police handle this?

This shite right here is what conservatives roasted Obama for and rightfully so. Lol at Ted Cruz pulling an obama here.

I'm sorry, I just don't understand the need to run out and condemn entire groups of people for the actions of a few, or in this case, one person. There were plenty of people protesting the removal of a piece of history that aren't crazed KKK killers. Why doesnt everyone run to the forefront to call Islam evil and sick when these events are about 250 times more frequent?

Cruz also drafted a bill for congressional term limits a couple of months ago. That's making a lot of progress right now

Trump to my knowledge never even acknolwedged black lives matter, SJWs and Anitfa by name and he still campaigned pretty hard against them and won.

Antifa was very violent today and he never called them out.

Trump is very specific if he wants to bash someone or a group of people, he doesn't want to on this issue though.
