Basketball team picks up another grad transfer

Randy Onwuasor guard out of Southern Utah. Averaged 23.6 last year with 6.6rpg. Stats seem a bit inefficient but team won 5 games so I'm assuming he was the only guy that had anything. Picked us over Gonzaga and cancelled a visit to USCe, two final four teams.
Unheard of roster turnover. So whats the guess on the depth chart? Hearing Robinson will be in if he gets a waiver, just for fun ill add him.
PG - Waters, Mays, Edwards
SG - Sampson/Onwuasor, Edwards, Rachal
SF - Sampson/Onwuasor, Alexander, Sims
PF - Combs, Epps, Kiir
C - Robinson/Reath
This is all of a sudden a tourney roster. Enough depth to not rely on our freshmen as well, theyll be improved and ready to roll come 2018 big year

This would be great but I think most fans would just like to see a team and coach playing with some energy to start and then adding the effort and coaching it takes to be competitive. Will Wade is certainly getting off to a good start. He is certainly bringing an energy that we haven't seen since Coach Brown and hopefully bench coaching we haven't had since... ?

I bet Wade is just as happy/excited as to what LSU can do for him in recruiting as well. It's a great school with unbelievable history, we simply needed the right head man to run it. If we get Robinson that would be unbelievable and sets up for a great season in his first year. He's got to get some kind of award for this roster turnover he's done, WOW!

So will Robinson be able to even play this year? I read that he will need some kind of permission from the NCAA or he will have to sit out the year

The man inherited a bottom 5 roster that was losing its best player, the mere fact that we are discussing the tourney as even a remote possibility is a huge win.

He has to get a waiver in order to play. The risk with him is you sign him and he enters the draft after never playing CBB.

He won't get drafted without anyone seeing him play CBB. He's a good player but he's not Kevin Garnett

He's basically a unanimous top 10 player in his class. There are guys that get ranked that high and have bad freshman seasons and still get drafted in the first round. He will be drafted somewhere next year if he wants. The question is, is he satisfied with getting drafted or does he want to be a lotto pick.

That's a reach. Guy has size and will continue to workout and practice
