There here bro. New Orleans is full of them. MS13 had made its way into every major city in Louisiana in some sort of fashion. They just don't have to be out on the streets hustling with today's technology.

They are. I remember working at a grade school on the West Bank of Jefferson Parish in the 1990s. We had talks from sheriff's deputies in the gang unit as far back as 1995 or 1996. They were here, then. Crips, Bloods, LKs, but we didn't see much of them.

I saw the maps, my house is on one of 'em's turf, but don't remember which. But it wasn't a stronghold, and J.P. pretty much kept them well in check.

As for New Orleans, I can believe that the local guys might have told them to piss off, and succeeded.
