I think Kevin is the funniest side character, and I've never heard of this. That sounds hilarious.

I've always said this is one of the best scenes and moments of dialog in the show. Just the right amount of pathos and humor.
I also think Robert California's Ghost/Horror story was just a fantastic climax for that episode. Perfectly setup and delivered.
And Michael seeing Toby come back.

Very underrated on the show I think.
I'm trying to think of some that hasn't been mentioned. Dwight's a perfect crime, "the art of the swap," and pretty much anything with Dwight and Mose.
The valet parking scene with Mose is pretty damn funny too.

Michael to Oscar: "One day we will have to get a beer together and you can tell me how you could possibly do that to another dude."
That was by far my biggest laugh out loud moment of the series. Second after that was probably Cafe Disco when Dwight asked Phyllis who tipped her over.

Asian Jim
One of my favorites. Surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet.
Dwight: "You're not Jim, Jim's not Asian."
Asian Jim: "You seriously never noticed? Hey, hats off to you for not seeing race."
Then when he grabs the picture and it's the Asian guy, Pam, and Asian kids! I crack up every time I watch that.

Hmm late to the party so a lot of great ones already been said. Luckily it's the Office, and there's countless great moments/scenes.
