There was definitely a rumor that they did. Kit and Rose have been very on-again, off-again since 2012. I wouldn't be surprised if him and Emilia had a fling for a while either before 2012 or while they were on a break.
And I think BlindGossip has speculated about the recent papped pics of Kit & Rose together--that they actually broke up for good a year ago and are just pretending to be together until the show ends so they can drum up PR. Take that FWIW since they allegedly just spent 1,750,000£ on an English estate together.

But how did Euron have the time to build an entire fleet from scratch then sail all over the continent and yet Cersei's hair hasn't grown back?

I have a bigger issue with this:

The Euron thing, though... Sure...it's definitely been months since Yara and Theon stole the bulk of his fleet and left for Essos. So, I'm not too bothered by him having a bit of a fleet again, but it's probably too big for a matter of months or a year or whatever. However, that dude, and his very obvious flagship, have managed to find and sink Yara's fleet, which appeared to have left Dragonstone at the same time as the Unsullied. Then sail back to King's Landing with his prisoner's. And then sail back around the continent to get to Casterly Rock to sink the Unsullied's ships, which was likely only a day or so, maybe three days to a week at most, after they began their seige. (Guess based on small Lannister forces and the way the plan worked with some forces coming in the Hoe-door, that surprise shouldn't take weeks to happen in order to get the gates open.)
Granted, he could have let someone else captain his ship and lead the fleet.

I think the trailer for episode 4 foreshadowed a lot. They showed the gold and then the guy from the Iron bank pledges to Cersei contingent on as soon as payment is made. That gold never makes it to Kings Landing!! No way she loses a Dragon this early maybe to the Night King but no to Cersei! The tide turns in episode 4. If I had to guess. They had to make it somewhat of a fight, that's why they gave Cersei her wins early, it over now!!

I disagree. Rose is like super fricking skinny. Dany is low key thicc. Both are hot but give me Dany.
