They even have ice cream. I don't know if is tolerable enough for your type of diet though.

I'm actually on a lazy keto diet. I basically heavily restrict carbs during the week, but ignore them on the weekends and eat whatever I want. I have made the fathead pizzas with almond flour and it was pretty good. I'm an ice cream snob though and it has to be the real thing. Ben & Jerry's or Blue Bell only.

Well they just got caught with weed killer in their ice cream so godspeed to ya.

I just made the cauliflower nachos and really it doesn't taste much different. Only real noticeable is lack of crunch that chips have.

I just don't even try to eliminate things from my diet. Instead I try to be a sensible about moderation as I can. I enjoy food too much to just stop eating something.

The one thing I have basically eliminated was soft drinks. The only time I'll drink one is in a mixed drink, but even that is rare because I mostly just drink my bourbon neat or on the rocks.

sweets. people at work have "open" stashes that they pretty much get for people to munch on. I have a bad habbit of grabbing a piece or two (or three). Doesn't seem like much, but when you do that 3-4 times a day suddenly it adds up really freaking quick. There's also a place that delivers cookies to me until 3am, and I have issues with giving in to those cravings sometimes.

Spaghetti, Burgers, Pizza, cheesecake

I've come to the realization that I'm never going to eliminate them from my diet. Now I just plan a cheat day every 2-3 weeks and look forward to it.

Before I tried the keto diet I was always relapsing with junk food filled with sugar and other crap. While on the keto diet I realized how easy it was to control those cravings when you understand what they're going to do to your body and health. I've been off keto for about a month trying to gain back the muscle and strength lost, and find it much easier to avoid those same cravings which haunted me before. Diet, for me at least, is more of a mental warfare and much harder to control than getting in the gym. Long gone are the days where I'd eat an entire Little Ceasars pizza in one sitting and think it'd be okay so long as I went extra hard in the gym the following week.

I will never eliminate this. I track them in with my macros now, and make it work. Moderation.

fricking tacos are my downfall My family has a ranch in South Texas and it's not uncommon for me to eat 8 to 10 tacos a day when I'm down there.

30 tacos and 40 beers in 3 days tends to wreck my diet.

The biggest challenge with bread is how prominent it is in American diets. Trying to stay low carb and going out for lunch can be frustrating sometimes, especially if you're in a time crunch.

But I've been low carb since January and don't really miss bread as much as I thought I would. Pizza crust when I eat pizza is really the only time I eat any type of bread, or a taco every now and then.
