I am not worried about t people in military or someone sue to make govt cover voluntary surgery.

Do you think people who struggle at this level everyday in everyday non-violent, non war-zones should be put into violent war zones?
I do not. People who are "normal" (for lack of a better word) struggle in combat. Those who struggle going to the grocery store are better served not being in the military.

almost assuredly not, esp with the military
the military gets to segregate and discriminate more than pretty much any other entity
just look at women in combat roles and that whole issue
also i don't know if transgenderism falls under any sort of class given those protections (yet, at least)
