CNN taking fake news to a while other level now

Listening to CNN on radio for the Lulz.
They are literally talking about whether Trump Jr committed treason. One said no, one said maybe and one reserved judgement for later.
They then call Manafort a liar because he has denied collusion and this meeting is supposedly a smoking gun to collusion.
I don't have an issue iwith them being highly critical of Trump but they have no alternative voice to give a differing opinion or to challenge their arguments.

Stop giving them viewers/listeners.

Yeah, it's definitely not treason. Like, at all.

If fishing for opposition research from foreign sources is treason, then I'd be willing to bet the last 10 or 20 presidents are guilty. Not to mention the losing campaigns.

Has CNN discussed DeBlasio's treason in Germany? Or malfeasance to the NYPD and NYCity?

I watched a Republican senator this afternoon suggest that the administration and the campaign's actions were borderline treason. Don't come down on CNN for that.

No criticism that I've seen, but I'm a drive by listener.
Nothing will come of this. Nothing. What will they do then.
They kept referring to Litttle Don's meeting with THE Russians. Like every Russian is THE Russians.
They also continually called the lawyer a Russian agent, and after saying that about 20 times, later unapologetically admitted they had no proof of a Kremlin connection.
The only time I ever say Fake News is in a joking manner. That may change. This shite is silly.

Then that person is an idiot who should be ridiculed.
A worldwide news organization doesn't get a free pass because an idiot politician made an idiotic statement.
This was not even illegal, much less treason. It wasn't even unethical. At the absolute worst, it was bad judgement.

OOPS. MY BAD.
I had looked away from tv for a minute. It was actually the Republican ethics counsel from the Bush Administration.

Some senator had been talking a couple of minutes earlier. Republican talking heads all look the same to me.

look, I've resigned myself to the fact that there literally no fact, no matter how damaging, that could dislodge Trump's johnson from you guys' collective mouth.

quote:Actually, this is a good point. All the shrinks in all the world would say that the best way to deal with sociopaths & narcissists is to ignore them. It's like Kryptonite to them. It really gets under their skin. You have to make them not matter so much. The ratings will take care of themselves.
Stop giving them viewers/listeners.

Seeking out oppo research isn't illegal, it's fundamental. HRC runs a global charity and served as the US's top international diplomat. Any campaign that ignores foreign oppo research on the Clintons does so at their own peril.
