Maybe the gift is the dragonbinder horn? I think the ability to control dragons would be a bad arse gift to the queen.

No. It was at the fist of the first men with the dragon glass. And how does Euron know who/where Gendry, Tyrion, Ellryia-sand snakes ect are? How does he know Elyria poisoned Marcella? It makes sense that he would be the gift but it would leave out the how did he find out?

Don't recall a dragonbinder horn being mentioned in GOT. What episode was that?

No it's going to be the chicks from Dorne, Olenna, Yara, or Theon. They met with Varys to form an alliance with Dany. The previews for the next episode shows Ellaria at Dragonstone with Dany and crew. They had to get there, which means they had to go right past King's Landing. Dragonstone is also an island, which means they had to get on a ship to get there, most likely the whole way via Yara and Theon. He'll capture some of these people in transit, either to or from. Obviously Yara and Ellaria are shown at Dragonstone, so they would have to captured on the way back.

Its the only horn in the series, so with no mention of any other horns, it has to be the one?

Im fine with that, but I want to know how he knows Ellaria killed Marcella or he is he just bringing them for the frick of it? That wouldnt seem like a good gift if he didnt know.

Too obvious.

That would icing on the cake. They've declared against Cerci. He brings her the leader(s) of a major house against her and she'll be happy.

I am a hybrid then lol
Saw the series once (forgot a ton of stuff)
Never read a book
Watch lots of video's projecting things in the series and the horn was brought up....Thought I had had missed it in the series as I have only watched them once
My bad

The only time I remember them talking about horns on the show is when they say," One blast--ranger returning; Two blasts--Wildlings; Three blasts--White Walkers."

No biggie. We'll take the Jon Snow approach. Go and sin no more. Next time, we'll give you the Shireen treatment.

Sam found a horn with the dragon glass

Euron needs to do something quickly to progress the plot of uniting with Cersei as an ally. I'm wondering if he will somehow settle the crowns debt with the iron bank, be it with treasures he has plundered during his 14 years as a pirate, or trading ships, or even slaughtering the bankers and robbing the bank itself. That would omit a powerful enemy for Cersei, as "the iron bank will have its due."
There is no avoiding the iron bank and they've already come to collect from the crown. They can't just keep putting that part of the story off, and the crown doesn't have any money. At some point the debt will have to be paid.
The faceless men protect/do the bidding of the Iron Bank.
The above theory is not going to happen.

Dude, that's a book only thing. No reason to bring that here.

Good to see some things never change.
Nice start to the season.
Thought the opening was badass, although at first I didn't know if it was supposed to be a flashback or not. They literally showed Arya cutting Frey's throat like 30 seconds before he was back on screen.
I could've done without the Ed Sheeran scene. Not that it was awful or anything, but it felt really out of place. And on top of that, it just felt like wasted screen time, and with only 12 episodes left in the series, they shouldn't have too much shite like that anymore IMO.
White/Wight Walker giants = badass. I can't wait for those fights to start. RIP Wun Wun again though.
Sansa quarreling with Jon was annoying, but she's learning what kind of power and control pussy has over men, and that's a good thing.
I can't stand Euron Greyjoy, but that's the point I suppose. His little potshots at Jaime were great though. And the looks on Jaime's face were pretty funny. Interested to see what his trust-proving gift will be though.
I didn't understand why the archmaester at the Citadel didn't want to allow Sam access to the restricted section. He believes Sam and appears to know what is really out there, so surely he has to know that Sam could potentially hold valuable information about the WWs. I guess it's mainly just because most people don't actually believe that they are real? But there have been several cases (Castle Black earlier in the series, then again at Hardhomme, for example) and news travels around Westeros relatively quickly. Also, nobody believed in dragons anymore either, but there are now three gigantic ones flying around everywhere and you know that the whole of Westeros knows about those by now. Just seems odd that he would dismiss Sam so easily when he believes him about the WWs and knows that there is helpful information in the restricted section that could help.
I liked the Hound's storyline. He's always shown some sort of decency or moral compass despite being such a badass a-hole most of the time. I didn't care for his vision in the fire though...I honestly kept waiting for him to bust out laughing and mock Thoros and Beric. Maybe I wasn't buying the acting or something, I don't know. But anyway, Hound is one of my favorite characters and I really hope he and one of the Stark girls cross paths again soon.
Dany is at Dragonstone...blah blah, who cares. That seemed like they tried to make it overly artsy and meaningful. I guess I can't bitch too much though, because she is finally in Westeros and that has been about 4/5 seasons overdue.
All in all, I am glad that some of the plots are now finally joining together and intertwining. Certain times in the past this show has had FAR too many different things going on, so it's good that things are slowly coming to a head. I am interested to see what all they get into this season, and I hope it is as packed with shite as possible.

They wouldn't join her. They sided with Olena Tyrell and Dany to get revenge for the Red Viper's death.
Yes, that's true. I guess Cersei would just have them killed, then.

I liked this scene. I could feel the tension, waiting on these Lannister soldiers to mess with Arya before getting comeupance. But instead, we have a character building moment for Arya.
It was a test of her moral compass which is under considerable strain now that she is a trained assassin with so much revenge on her mind. Is there more to life than revenge and killing? Is there more to Arya than just a killer?

Last season the HBO Go app had a program called After the Thrones. Anyone if they will be bringing that back?

I'm on the fence about it. I thought overall it was a good scene but the fact they used Sheerhan so obviously was kind of distracting.
