To be diverse you have to start by being racist to someone. Business and schools that take applicants searching for the best should not even factor race or sex into the equation. That in itself is racist.

What they are really saying is that they don't want straight white males or conservatives of any race, gender, or orientation. "Diversity" is just another liberal tactic to promote their agenda of destroying traditional American values. It's just more virtue signaling from weak people.

Diversity is fine, it just shouldn't be forced. If I'm having open heart surgery, I dont particularly care what the doctor looks like or how he sounds. I just want him to be the best at his craft. If the best and brightest happen to be from diverse backgrounds, then I'm all for it.

I guess I celebrate diversity the way I "celebrate" any fact of life--look on bright side and look for the best in it. It isn't a virtue or vice in and of itself. Intentionally trying to prevent it is a vice, as is intentionally trying to create it.
