President Donald Trump’s administration plans to announce design finalists for his “big beautiful wall” soon.
The announcement will take place sometime in the summer of this year, according to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesperson. It will include four to eight designs for wall “prototypes” to be constructed in San Diego.

The prototypes will allow officials to see and test the designs for themselves, according to the CBP, before making a decision on the final design for the planned wall on the Southern border.
It is unclear whether President Trump will be part of the public announcement of the prototype finalists. The White House did not respond to questions from Breitbart News about the president’s deliberations on the wall or the upcoming announcement on wall prototypes.
But some of the final designs may differ from Trump’s campaign vision of a solid wall made of “hardened concrete, rebar, and steel.”

I'm not an architect but I do believe I could design a wall.

The walls surrounding Jerusalem were planned and built by Nehemiah and Ezra. They are 2.4966 miles long, 39.37 feet high and surround the old city of Jerusalem.
This would be a great plan to start from.

Is this like when JuiceTerry laughed at people for believing Comey told Trump three times he wasn't under investigation? Don't you guys get tired of being made to look like fools. After all the crow you had to eat after the election, you'd think you'd have learned by now.

the idea of putting a wall between the US and Mexico is so simplistic the people supporting it should be embarrassed. its the kind of thing a child would say because they have no idea how things actually work in life.
a 2,000 mile wall over rocky and mountainous terrain is, for all intents and purposes, impossible. the terrain alone makes it a non-starter.
vimeo
it would cost hundreds of billions, if not more, and thats just to put it up. it would then have to be guarded and maintained.

You do understand they aren't just making it a completely continuous solid-wall, right? Its going to be a bit more complex than that. Why else would a proposal take this long? Unless you think the thousands of contractors trying to take on this project can't construct a solid rectangle.

Why would a wall have to be guarded?
