Most people don't give a shite because it is very overrated for as much love that it gets. Which is probably why it needs to be legalized, so people can stop talking about how great it is.

If private businesses want to drug test and fire employees for smoking, that's fine by me. But the government is wasting my taxpayer money jailing people who smoke.
Get some laws on the books to clear up how to quantify a legal limit for a DUI and whatever, which I'm sure is already done/being done, but seriously the biggest folly of a lot of Republicans is the War on Drugs, IMO. It's a losing battle.
