Well some coaches play as many players as they can, for obvious reasons. My high school coach played the starters only. We had some seniors quit because of that.
Parents used to complain to me after games, when I coached. Not enough playing time, or why their kid batted in the back of the order, etc.
A player at LSU needs to figure out what the future is going to look like and make personal decisions based on that. Some who want to play for LSU will sit the bench quietly. Others want to be out on the field, and complain if they dont get that.
It all comes with the sport.

I don't care about who's pissed. I just asked a simple question. Who will be on our team next year. Like I said a lot of chatter out there of players leaving. I just haven't heard anything definitive other than Smith. But I still don't know where that came from. I'm. Just looking for clarity on the subject.

You are 100% right. I did say that last week. So what!!! Different week different thread. I asked a ligitimate question this week. Especially since we already lost two players. I hope that's the end of it. Just wondering how many more there will be if anyone knows. I didn't ask the question to start a debate. I was seeking answers NOT a debate.

First of all you obviously didn't read my thread very well. I asked a question because I was seeking information. I wasn't bashing anyone or insinuating anything about anyone or looking for a debate. Second I'm not a parent or a player. I'm a fan. I wasn't aware when I asked the question that Smith and Satchel had already announced they were leaving. Hence the reason for the thread dumba**.
