I'd rather watch the 30-29 girls game.

At least it's competitive, and there's some passion as the clock is winding down.

That doesnt make any sense. Lebron and kevin durant are playing basketball on your TV. Thats must watch.

Not if there is an LSU baseball game, an LSU softball game, or an Astros game going on at the same time.

It's not watchable because there's zero suspense. Unless you're crazy and thought the Cavs actually stood a chance.

Silver has ruined the game. He's too player friendly and lets them walk over him.

People do prefer to watch games that are competitive. Nothing mindblowing about that.

If you think its unwatchable, what youre saying is that you'd rather watch a girls high school game thats ends at 30-29 instead of the best basketball players in the world ballin out every night.

It's not unwatchable. It isn't must watch either. I've seen guys make great plays my whole life. It isn't a magical or amazing as you suggest after seeing great players your whole life. Most people think it looks like Cleveland is so overmatched that watching the highlights is enough. I slept through most of the game on accident last night and woke up in the 4th to what I expected.

And what did he do that ruined the game. Sounds kinda dumb.

I agree with op, because i love the game.

Loving the game transcends "fandom". FanAticism is a mistake duplicated on td. Us vs them. Using the word we about the team.

And i love the 30 to 29 analogy.

And yes, ideally you want the games to be close to test the manhood and mettle. Bird steals the ball. Havlichek steals the ball. Before palming was allowed West steals the ball in the backcourt to take the lead. #### cousy steals the ball.
The los angeles lakers and wilt. Wilt rises up and blocks van lier in game seven up by one with 2 second to go. We all want that. Yes.

With all the bitching about lack of enforcement of rules and no defense, you'd think one person complaining would point out the real culprit of the lack of calls for moving screens. That's how people are getting wide open and a rule that's definitely not enforced.

Yes smoke. I wonder what the. Refs think.

We are in the era of Maddox and glavine. Everyone sees the pitch is 4 inches off the plate.

The problem with these Finals is that it has been two lopsided games which were preceeded by one of the worst playoffs in NBA history.

There has been almost zero excitement or suspense going on 2 months of playoffs. It is quite understandable that people aren't happy with the Finals/playoffs so far.

I'm sorry, after what Durant did I would rather not waste 4 hours of my valuable time and watch a pre ordained outcome. I will never get over the 2nd best player on the planet absolutely gagging a 3-1 lead and then going to the exact 73 win team the next year. I played basketball my whole life including college and a number of my old friends still coach and I love the game. I'll tape and if by some miracle the stacked Warriors lose I'll watch. I work a ton of hours and I would rather spend time with my family and Kevin Durant no longer rates my time. And please God spare me the "he had every right to do" bullshite, I've defended his rights since 1998.

i think the lack of competitiveness in these playoffs overall is hurting some people's outlook on these finals. Dont get me wrong i still watched most games but it hasnt had the same feel as years past because of injuries to many key players. i just wanted to watch kawhi play the warriors

KD did have every right to go to GS, but frick him for doing it. No competitive integrity. Dude is playing some really really clean basketball on both ends of the floor right now though, so i wanna watch. It feels like hes transformed from a tricked out corvette to a lamborghini with this team
