After a Previous Miscarriage, These Two Dads Are Expecting a Baby in July - Updated Pg. 10

Two dads in Portland are adding a new baby to the family very soon!
quote:
A married couple in Portland — Trystan and his husband Biff — are expecting a new baby this summer, after suffering a miscarriage in 2016. The couple, who are already dads to two very cute kids they adopted, recently talked all about trying to get pregnant, fear of another miscarriage, and breaking the good news to family members on the WNYC podcast, the Longest Shortest Time.
Trystan is transgender, and after becoming pregnant for the first time in 2016, unfortunately endured a miscarriage just before a six-week ultrasound appointment. Biff, rattled by the miscarriage, wanted to wait a year before trying for another baby. But as Trystan mentioned on the podcast, waiting and then trying to become pregnant again as a trans person is tricky — it means staying off testosterone. Rather than restart and then quit testosterone, the couple decided to try again for a baby
quote:
Trystan and Biff say that, for the most part, people have been really supportive and encouraging of their growing family. At a recent doctor appointment, they learned the baby's sex is male. The couple has a joke they like to make about this new discovery. "Our baby has been diagnosed male," Trystan said jokingly. "That's my own little joke in our family — diagnosis: male."
What a beautiful fairy tale story, except it is real life. How sweet. The Democrats just secured another liberal voter in 18.5 years.

Are they taking up a collection for the mental care the kid will need or will they let the government handle it?

That kid doesn't have a chance.

The pregnant one looks like David Arquette.

A MM couple with two kids move in next door to my mom (Lakeview NOLA). Two boys early teens, really good kids and appear well-adjusted. I don't know what kind of shite they catch at school etc but they are well taken care of. Just throwing this in the discussion here.

Someone should seriously start a "gofundme" account for that kid. It could be for psychological help or MMA training. He will most likely need both to survive beyond age 16.

Poor kids. This is so wrong on so many levels for a innoncent child.

God I feel terrible for those kids

Is this the sequel to that Arnold Schwarzenegger movie Junior?
I think I'll wait till it hits Netflix. Definitely not gonna see it in theaters

Kids get picked on for everything. At least this child has two parents to go home to, I'm sure plenty in the child's future classes won't.

Should have labeled this shite "Not Safe to open While Eating Breakfast".
