Trump should get rid of the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals

He is already splitting up the nasty 9th Circuit, he may as well do the same for the 4th Circuit.
It is a Travel Ban, not a Muslim Ban.

Trump has no such authority. Only Congress can do that. There has been no credible mention of them even considering breaking up the Ninth, although I do not think it would be a bad idea.
I wish people on this site would learn a little bit about the shite they come here to talk about before they hit submit.

The thing that is hurting Trump is that he had said Muslim ban during elections. Also, his administration has said Muslim ban before. That's why it's not going anywhere.

Didn't you hear Trump WON he has the power to do whatever he wants. Because he won. And he's Trump. That's how it works. President = unlimited ruler of the universe. Unless a Democrat got elected. Then screw that he or she needs to be arrested. For being a Democrat. Because that should be a crime.

Lol so much dumb shite gets posted here. It's like I'm talking to my grandparents after a 12 hour Fox News and chain email binder.

Why not the constitution too, while we're at it?

The 4th Circuit is actually known to be one of the more conservative federal appellate courts in the country.

And this is a flawed argument when the EO itself has no such language.
Dems are being babies

Actually, McCain introduced a bill to break up the 9th, not due to politics, but because it has a far longer backlog of cases thsn any other circuit.

Banning muslim immigration and protecting our border are logical actions. I realize though, that logic seems like crazy talk to leftists

Fun fact: one of the main grievances of the founding fathers was the kings unilateral prerogative to appoint and dismiss judges.
Here is one of the indictments from the Declaration of Independence

So what? Major Muslim countries were not banned. He said that to, so why the selective interpretation?
Posted on 5/26/17 at 8:29 am to matthew25
So if the Supreme Court strikes down the travel ban should Trump liquidate that, too?

Well, the ruling is based not only on the text of the EOs. The court interprets them in the context of Trump's campaign promises. Here's a passage from pages 18 and 19.
The First and Second Executive Orders were issued against a backdrop of public statements by the President and his advisors and representatives at different points in time, both before and after the election and President Trump’s assumption of office. We now recount certain of those statements. On December 7, 2015, then-candidate Trump published a “Statement on Preventing Muslim Immigration” on his campaign website, which proposed “a total and
complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”
Et cetera...
