So Seth Rich supposedly is the smoking gun for the DNC leaks(setting aside it is bullshite for a moment).
That still leaves the D.C.C.C, Podesta, several congressional campaigns, and according to testimony from Comey, evidence that the RNC was also partially hacked.

Assange didn't imply Rich was the leaker until after Rich was murdered but Assange can't explicitly name Rich because Assange knows it will result in discouraging future leakers from contacting Wikileaks.
