I don't blame the locals who make a living doing this, so long as it is done with wildlife population preservation/conservation in mind.

I do think people who will pay thousands to go on a canned hunt are lame as frick, though.

Shouldn't you respect hunters who hunt things that have a chance at killing you more than those who hunt deer?

Ironically they are doing more to help preserve elephant populations than you probably ever will.

The animals they hunt are typically old or sick and most of the money they pay goes to preservation causes. I'm a hunter and I don't have the want, or money , to go on a safari hunt, but kudos to those who have the means to do it.
