So, this morning I'm listening to America's First News with Gordon Deal (syndicated news radio) and he's interviewing a writer from WSJ about a new Dem strategy.

He says the Dems are recruiting a specific kind of candidate to run in red districts in order to unseat the GOP Congressmen. They're finding veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. They've already got 15 committed to run and are recruiting another 15 to 20.

All of these vets are white and all of them are men except for 2 women. Some were wounded in action. All of them will run with 'I served my country in battle now I want to serve my country in Congress'.
They will all be portrayed as centrist and not part of the Dem left catering to minorities and gays.

Once elected and the Dems take over the House they will follow the lead of the left wing leadership.

Will it work? Hey, it worked in La.

Not a chance in hell those white guys have a chance of brining out the minority vote.

im not sure who this guy even is but I love the fact that he said "hey they're centrist vote for them!" Then "well once they get in they'll just go for straight hardcore left positions"

Running a candidate more tailored to a district's tastes is almost always better. However, the opponent matters a lot. One wonders whether Edwards could have defeated any of the main GOP candidates other than Vitter.

I have a hard time believing white men who served active duty will follow lockstep with the SJW progressive agenda
