You do realize that when the person that is responsible is caught he will receive just punishment. It isn't like the culprit isn't going to face charges

Where in this thread did you read that anyone posted that the kid deserved to die?

Posting some noncommittal nonsense on his wall while still trying to soak up all the attention from his fake arrest.

Truly all murder is wrong. The tragic death of the young QB Bryant Lee from McKinley High should make us all ask how long before we change our communities. No mother should have to experience such a loss Mother's Day weekend.

No, the punishments are equal when blacks are killed. We know that this young man that committed this murder will be tried, found guilty, and probably serve a lengthy prison sentence.

So someone shot up his home for no reason?
even if they had 100% "reason" to shoot up the house, it in no way indicates he did anything wrong. it could have been a family member he had no control over that they heard was staying there. he sounds like a good kid but that doesn't mean all the people around him (that he doesn't get to choose) were

Sounds like he was a good kid. Sad that we have to use the past tense when describing him. RIP.

Because you are advocating for more prisons which most on here understand we don't need, we need real justice reform. We lock up way too many people and give them a free BA in crime then dump them out on the street and say "now behave yourself". This kids death is tragic but the knee jerk reaction to funnel more money to police and the prison system isn't right either.

I suppose you think we should sentence more criminals to "three good deeds"

The selective outrage would make sense if the community picked actual victims instead of Mike brown and Alton sterling.

Inner city killers are cycled through prisons and put back on the street. It's a never ending cycle

You're such a little bitch. He didn't say give more money to the police, he didn't say lock up non violent criminals.

What he said was spot on, except for more jails. What we need is to let people out who are in on the bull shite drug charges (simple possession, various weed charges, etc) and lock up all these sorry arse violent criminals.

For most of the one's committing the violent crimes, it's not their first violent crime to commit. Many of them are repeat offenders. I agree with his point, except we don't need more jails, unless they're full with violent criminals. We need to free the one's locked up on bullshite, and put habitual offenders or violent criminals in their places.

So basically what you just typed is that you agree with me.

OP I've lost a few students to culcha violence. It's fricking painful when you lose one of the good ones. Tell his story to every kid you teach from here in out.

Should rally around him instead of Alton Sterling

He wasn't killed by a racist cop, so that wouldn't do any good.
