An officer should be able to tell the difference between a bb gun and pistol. I have no knowledge what the gun looks like so I may be wrong.

One of these is a bb gun. The other is a 9mm. You tell me the difference at 20 yards.

The fact you make this statement while saying "I have no Knowledge what the gun looks like..." shows how ignorant you are.

Does Crossman still exist, and do they still make their BB pistol? I had one when I was 12. All it was good for was looking menacing. Heavy as a real 1911 LOADED. All black. Lack of a hammer was the only thing? I was 12 and honestly do not know how long "hammerless triggers" have been around i.e. Glock and Springfield.

My parents (not gun people) realized in 1985 that their son was being chased by police for squirrel hunting with pellet guns in town, that carrying that BB gun was a bad idea. They made me leave it at home.
