The problem with your theory is that based on how it actually happened, the total value isnt adding up. It wasn't just one wallet dumping. It was a few wallets with the same creation date.

Moving to the new version of the coin. I won’t pretend to know what all that entails, but as I understand it, the old contract is null and everyone’s wallets will be copied to the new contract. The snapshot was to capture holders wallet amounts. It all seems shady at best.

so last week i had a play on chz, was supposed to be like a 9% gain over like 3 days. well i didnt turn trailing profit on so it triggered and sold....the mother fricker pulled back to up 6% and rocketed to 161% gain and currently sits 50% up.
frick my life. i always turn on trailing profit but didnt want to deal with a possible pullback and only making 3-4%

Exactly. There was a tweet shortly after 1:00 saying they were experiencing some hiccups and trading would remain active for the time being. Then at 3:00, they took their supposed snapshot, but communicated it to no one until sometime after 4:00. In the meantime, they started draining it and caused a lot of panic activity before the update ever went out. People lost money because of it. I don’t think there was any intent behind it, but it was an obvious rookie mistake situation. A simple timely update would have gone a long way. Thursday will be interesting.
