Absolutely. I have my portfolio attached to both Accointing and Koinly so I can more easily keep track of all of my transactions

i've imported most of my wallets into koinly, and it looks like it's going to take me hours to correct it. it struggles with the swap sites.

They are not great for yield farmers like me, either. Missing small cap coins, every deposit and withdrawal into pools or farms resets your cost basis, etc. Kinda of a pain.

But it was easier to correct all that than to do all of my own accounting.

Except for my AVAX wallet. I had to do it manually through Blockchain explorer because neither Accointing not Koinly had integration.

I fricked up a sell order the other day on my SOL and was kicking myself. Looks like I'm back in the game at a lower price.

people are f’n stupid and shortsighted, basically irrational herd animals following a stampede to the point that the more rational trading strategy is anticipate irrationality

But I think crypto is just getting liquidated as people position themselves with more cash to buy equity or crypto later in the week

whatever I welcome dips with open arms I always keep cash on the sideline and deviate from DCA upon 10% dips

One thing I do not understand is how the markets interact with Bitcoin.

Theoretically, in times of uncertainty, one would expect more money flowing into Bitcoin and what happens is the opposite.

I am very concerned with what happens around Jan/Feb if we are still at these levels and the stock to flow model is invalidated.

You could see a lot of people exit the space.

Like I said people probably need cash to buy stocks on discount for those playing the stock market and are selling what they can across the board to get more cash anticipating a dip. This also means crypto will dip and you could sell crypto to anticipate that dip as well and buy in lower.

The markets are more interconnected than we would like to admit IMO, at least right now. I think Bitcoin is gradually becoming a safe haven but we aren’t there yet

Unfortunately I don't have any liquid monies to capture the fire sale. Just gotta HODL through it and hope it doesn't drop any lower so I don't have to repay any AMM loans. Sitting at the low point of where I'm comfortable.

On the plus side, if the upside isn't as high then odds are the downside shouldn't be as bad, either.

Or.. I hope so
