Hey pal, it was launching in May. Devs did some stress testing and found some issues with the validator rotation code. It had no bearing on funds on the chain, but if exploited it could pause the chain like Solana always does.
The Devs decided to rewrite that part of the code because they don't want to be a SOL meme.
