I would feign outrage that these judges don't have a basic understanding of how government works but it's not about that. They don't care how it's supposed to work. They just want the government to act in accordance to the political ideology of liberalism.

This will end up in the Supreme Court along with the immigration order that was blocked. Hopefully the SC overturns both of those rulings.
