What I don't like or trust is what appears to be a culture there that wants to decide for us what is good for us, and what isn't.

I didn't believe a single thing that CIA director said with his bashing Snow/Wikileaks speech...had it not been for them we would not had known the level of corruption and the level of the violations of laws against the citizens of the US...

This type of topic is just so unproductive.
Both agencies have hard-working, sacrificing patriots in them. In large numbers.
Both also have bureaucratic shite and old guard protectionists that want to preserve the way of doing business they're accustomed to, the world order they're accustomed to, etc.
I'm sure to a lesser extent, there are those who have ideologies that are fundamentally at odds with what these agencies are intended to protect, and in even smaller numbers you probably have a few true traitors.

Both were heavily politicized by 8 years of Obama. This is the way that Democrats roll. If you don't like being unable to trust your own FBI and CIA, don't vote for Democrats.
