I'm 6'1 and people think I'm either physically or mentally ill when I drop below 190. At 6'3, I don't understand why he feels the need to do anything other than maintain or gain a few pounds.
I have broad shoulders and hips. The proper weight really depends on the person.

I don't think he is unhealthily skinny, but he is skinny as shite for a 6'3" professional athlete. It doesn't look normal. He is noticeably thin.
