That is sickening. It's simply anti-freedom and selfish. Hey look these guys were smart with their money and saved up enough for future generations to enjoy..... TAKE IT FROM THEM!!!!

They don't at all. Besides being incredibly poorly thought out - they're easily bypassed by trusts and so forth.
Rich people are super adroit at avoiding (yes, legally avoiding taxes is "a thing") taxes they don't like. That's why broad based, across the board tax cuts are ALWAYS the way to go and any targeted "on the rich" taxes will ALWAYS fall short.
We have to do this every year around budget time, but if it changes just one fricked up Marxist's mind - one time - the effort is worth it.

How is it aristocrat? Aristocracy is when the rulers and elites have gov't sanctioned privileges to gain power and money

Those are much better examples of an "aristocracy" than the guy with a family farm passing it down to his children.
