I keep a paper towel in my pocket just in case I have a messy sneeze or something. Then I discard it. Handkerchiefs seem very impractical.

I started carrying one about two months ago. One of the girls at work was balling crying in the middle of a meeting and I felt like a complete piece of shite for at least not being able to offer her a handkerchief.
