Eh, letting them know all options are on the table isn't a bad thing. Our response would likely be with conventional weapons.

Yes, appeasement has been a smashing success.

All Tillerson did was refuse to take options off the table, which is almost always the right move. I am not a fan of Trump but he hit some home runs with his appointments, including this one.
