I posted this on a different thread, but this isn't new. He has had this since his rookie year and has had a couple operations done. Hoping this is just precautionary until more tests can be run.

He was known for being really sensitive since his days in PDX and combine that with Spurs telling him he would be the centrepiece of the offense and not following through and we see why there have been a lotta reports about him not being happy, trade rumours, etc.

had this problem come up before, its wolff-parkinson-white syndrome. He most likely won't drop dead like HOCM(dropping dead from WPW is rare but can still occur), but it can still cause issues SOB, CP, dizziness, syncope if he experiences an episode.
but you know, i wouldn't expect mr. world-wide 1-hand pushups to know that much

Spurs wanted a centerpiece, but nobody could have foreseen Kawhi playing at an MVP level. I think the criticism for LMA is a little unfair. He is doing what the team needs and is still playing at a high level.
