I know Tiny! I don't know if you have seen his Facebook, but he's had up to 1400 on the bench press for board presses! He is a bench press Titan. And a super nice guy.

I train to add on mass but I try to be careful, because I know at some point all that cholesterol and fat Intake will catch up to me.

I think Michael Phelps diet is pretty close to this when he is training.

There are many weighs to add to your lifting totals..

Getting bigger is one, and I'm not talking about the lean gains variety.
