A meme can take many different forms. It's just used to transfer info. Naturally, as technology has evolved, memes have revolutionized internet communications.
If you zoom in on the bottom picture, which is not from 2006 as the top one is, it says "public media influence", and such. They're strategies from a meme warfare development.

The PA said in Rx FULL Strength form it works well. If gotten at GNC it doesn't. Next step is an injection statin-- if Lovaza fails. Both my parents had high C. So she said I may just have it to have it. WTF?
