Slightly faster official time than Debo last year who ran 4.59 at the combine.

I'm not qualifying anything. Peppers is a stud, but as Mayock said he should be working out with dbs tomorrow.

Yes Peppers was faster but he's also 212 lbs and going to play safety in the NFL
