I remember when they would set up the toy trains and turn Howard Griffen's into a toy store. Would go make my "Wish List" after the boat parade and fireworks on the Ouachita.

The Palace and Howard Griffin? You must be from Monroe/west monroe.
You probably know that Howard Griffin burned down.
It was supposedly started by a derelict.
