It's not breakfast/lunch/dinner, but it is what I eat in place of junky snacks like candy bars and potato chips.

Sometimes other fruits or vegetables outside of bananas/carrots, but point being, I am trying to introduce better foods into my diet. I would not say that I eat a great diet. Almost no one eats a truly healthy diet these days (just one coke puts you over the recommended amount of sugar per day), but it's certainly better than what it used to be. Even if I don't benefit from it, I'm not hurting myself or taking a risk the way I was with what I used to eat.
