Love seeing all the melting triggered conservative snowflakes on social media

As I predicted... so much melting and triggering

Safe spaces will be at capacity the next few days

The Oscar's prove that once again it's the right that is most triggered and most need a safe space

You'd have to watch and care to be offended, and I could care less what a bunch of actors/actresses think about the world. They are in such a bubble and have no idea what reality is for the majority of Americans. Im not looking to Alec Baldwin or Tina fey to tell me about the injustices in our world.

They missed a tremendous opportunity with this. How do you do Mean Tweets and not have Meryl Streep read Trump's tweets about her?

The right isn't trying to stop them from speaking, they're not rioting in the streets destroying property. In fact I hope you idiots keep this up so Trump wins again in 4yrs.

Well there are lots of things people watch that are of no interest to me.

And if I'm truly apathetic about it, then usually I just avoid the discussion altogether, let alone take the time to question why the people discussing it actually watch it.

You live in a world where, at various times, some of the most watched shows were Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Duck Dynasty, Teen Mom, Jersey Shore, The Bachelor, and The Real Housewives of Wherever and The Oscars are what you have trouble believing people watch?

Good point

I don't watch any of those either.

The irony in your statement is obviously lost on you. The Oscars is the ultimate safe-space for liberal progressive Hollywood types.

You need to look at the username. He's got some sort of new troll going. I thought it would be the obvious given that it was the complete opposite of everything else he posts, but you're post may show the effectiveness of a troll.

Everyone lives in a bubble, for the most part. Celebs are no different.

I think this is going to be a common trend in all forms of television until metrics can measure ratings on the steaming services and non-traditional content deliver methods.

This Huffpo writer doesn't seem to think so

quote:

But as some viewers pointed out, the image of Kimmel, a white host, holding up a brown child who doesn’t speak English as a prop in a skit with African music playing has racial undertones that are impossible to ignore.
